CommSys respects stakeholders' privacy at all times. When processing your order or application we collect personal information about you for the primary purpose of providing you with a high level of customer service. We may also use this information to inform you of other related products and services which may be available. As we value your privacy we do not make your personal information available to other organizations without your explicit consent, and you have the right to gain access to your information at any time.
Staff Training
All staff will undergo in-house training on the Privacy Policy and our obligations, and all new staff will complete this training as an element of induction training. Contract Documentation
- Services Agreement The CommSys Standard Agreement covers all standard products and services supplied to you from time to time.
- CommSys SLAs CommSys ensures that as a customer we provide you with the highest Service Levels possible, and we back them up by rebates.
- CommSys NDA We respect confidential customer and partner information, and we also expect our business associates keep our information confidential.
- Maintenance Agreement We provide priority service to our key customers. Those that have CommSys Maintenance Agreement receive priority service.
